Is my dunnage secure, or does it need a strap? Are my lines okay touching the catwalk, since they have the plastic spiral, or do they need lifted?

If it was me, I'd put a snubber or 2 on the dunnage. "IF" 1 bounced out chaos would insue. The lines, I would get them off the draum. Don't need any grief from LEO. But I'm retired so I don't know ####.

Lift the lines and strap the wood.

They can't be rubbing metal. They get chafed.

So even though the lines aren't actually touching the catwalk, it's still illegal? They're wrapped in hard plastic.

I agree with the previous posts. Get the lines up and tie down the dunnage.

California don't like to see anything on the catwalk. I can't vouch for other states. I only need to be told once.
