    Sorry you think I’m lying.
    1) Insurance for family covers the driver plus either 3 or 4. In our situation, we have driver, spouse, and 7 children.
    2) where he works FMS class a drivers do retail deliveries ie: Lowe’s and Rent-A-Center. They get paid milage and by the piece.
3). I only have 3 posts because I just discovered this forum exists.
    4) I was just quoting what the district manager said as to whom the order for the raise was from because he is at the highest pay rate his office has.

Well, your husbands problems are not with JB. $1300 a week is not bad for a M-F gig.
    $350 a week take home???

What law says the company has to get a motel? What law says one cannot take a 10 in the cab?

Hint to both, there isn't one.

Oh it's stupid to do, but there is no law against it.

If he is that sick and is is continuing to drive, than he is violating FMCSA regulations. And so is JB if they know is is sick and they are letting him drive.

Apparently you may be right. The old rule said on duty any time in or on a commercial vehicle other than in a sleeper berth.
Since 2012 it now says: on duty except
“ (4)(i) Time spent resting in or on a parked vehicle,“

Don't get me wrong, I think it's a very stupid idea to take a 10 in a daycab. If for no other reason than if something does happen JBH will make the $90 million Warner paid look like peanuts.
