The best part about our Lease program is that at the end of the lease term, the truck is yours for a buck!

I'm not sure if any company would be better for a lease.
They will take care of company drivers before lease operators, simply because they don't have to pay the extras to the lease people.

There are some lease operators that make it good. But the percentage is very low.

Thanks. Your reply made me feel a bit better. Cuz I've read so many stories of managers lying... especially that I'm new a driver.

USA Truck has a lease-purchase program. You choose the loads you want and run where you want to.
John Christner is reefer and USA Truck is dry van.

I think I'm going to do like most experienced drivers advise and that is to stay a company driver for a couple years.

But you are still with a trainer.
    Well, trainers with bad luck.

Once you can get your own truck things 'should' be better.

    Boondock and Delanshev Thank this.

I have 2 more weeks of training. It's 21-28 days with a mentor/trainer at this company. It's taking so long in my opinion. But once Im done I have to find a co-driver. And I hope I can find a driver that's eager to run hard because I'm tired of being broke, lol.

that’s a good mindset. Hope I didn’t come off wrong before. Always get what your manager says in writing in cases like this so you can hold him accountable.

    Boondock Thanks this.
