    Huh, wonder what other crap they can come up with. I love it when people who have never done a job, write laws about that job. Who in the hell has snap binders un snaping all willy nilly? Who thinks of this crap?

    When running equipment and structural steel to mines in northern Sask some of us had a few because the the chain wrap came loose.
    Yes an extreme but valid, that is when I started using hitch pins to hold chain links together after a wrap .
