Never met a soul at Melton that ever used them and I have never seen them in person. Period.
I know they exist but until DOT whips me over it... I probably won’t ever buy them.

I purchased enough for my snap binders. “8”. I think I found them for $7.99 each. There was no rating or size but there are 2 holes to chose from and plenty of slop.

The binder locks are required in Canada if the binder is not secured by the bitter end of the chain or a wire tied around each snap type binder.
