    If that crosses a scale, i can bet the driver will be told to pull around back.

    The new rule applies to ibc's, totes to be specific. A 13g container will have no surge to it, while a tote will. Nothing like a smooth bore tanker but you can feel it. I hauled 10 totes today weighing round 39k. You could feel it sitting at lights. Thats why the new rule states 119ga or more per container and more than 1000ga total. Empty totes dont apply. Scalemaster please correct me if im wrong.

    The packages are too small for the tanker endorsement to apply. Notice the reg states the container size, also.
