    Again, your driving record is a matter of record, it will not change with your license status, or even if you change states, nor does it go away. I can go down to the dmv right now and get a lifetime record, if I thought I could carry it out.
    The points will go away after 3 years.

    The company i am leased to did a driver's license background dig a while back. Don't remember what the companies name was that dug old by gone records. But my ticket for speeding was on their report. 1974 speed 110mph. Think the limit was 55mph. So guess its always out there, doesn't matter now anyhoo.

    My very first ticket was 98 in a 55 and no license, wasn't old enough yet. The judge let me off on the no license, and my boss paid the speeding part. lol IIRC I was 13 years old. lol
