Is this worth tryin?

You make $800 a day x 5, that's $4,000. Less the figures you give here, which adds up to $2,050....seems to come to $1,950 (if your figures are right). Of course you have other expenses, tax, plate, permits, but considering you're home weekends and evenings...and knowing you might be able to get at least some additional for backhaul....doesn't seem a bad thing, though at some point you likely will have truck and other expenses.
