Is TMC going Under???

no wonder they are selling newer trucks and keeping the older ones

Goto Google and type in Iowa Courts:
Pick the first entry (Iowa Courts website):
Click on Case Search in the middle of page:
On the right side of the page under Trial Court click on Case Search:
In the first box for Name/Firm type "Annett Holdings" then search:
Click on a Case Id then when viewing click the tab "Fillings" at the top.

Cant say I feel much for the once arrogant SOB's
Back in my sled running days they were the new kids on the block.
Big shiny trucks with fancy swirled trailers,they stayed in the northern states and never ventured into the I/20-I/10 corridor.

Most of the fleet was young bucks with a Peterbuilt chip on their shoulder
and thought their stuff didn't stink.Some were the real deal and a pleasure
to roll with.

Much the same these days still,I hear them on the radio as well as their smack in the TS restaurants. its hard to miss the sideways parking,no backing goofballs either.

Anyway . . . . . . .
One of TMC largest competitors is getting ready to make a move
that will no doubt knock the knee's out from under what is still left standing.

Its no secret TMC was broke last year (2008) and unless they beg up some backers with deep pockets early 2010 will be their final days.

It says they are being sued by everyone who the have a loan with and having to turn over property to settle some of the suits

 

Some locals guys around here were complaining that tmc came in and bib loads out of some of the mills at .65 cents a mile,.....How can you make any money doing that????
