Back in the 80's TMC was very elite their tarp jobs were all flawless like maverick's are now.Back then TMC had only T-600 KW and you never saw a dirty one no matter what the weather was.

My advice is to look in your area's yellow pages.A whole lot of the sad stories you read in this forum is of drivers trying to get the truck back where it came from and then themselves home.
I live in Fargo,ND.because I got a job here a year ago. When they decided to bring me in to fire me no big deal I had my pickup parked in the back.If I don't find another job in this area I will move to wherever the next job is located.

the biggest problem i had with TMC was that they (recruiter) acted as if they were doing me a favor to just speak to me on the phone, like i was beneath them.......no problem, i'm now driving for Maverick and don't regret the decision one bit.

Good training, options for pay, nice trucks. Pay is performanced based opposed to time of service.

Their website does not mention a specifi amount of desired experiance. They do mention that everyone attends 1 week of orientation regardless of experience level. During orientation they will determine if a prospective hire needs time with a trainer.

I would give them a call and ask them, though. Not sure how up to date there site is.

    Best of luck.
