is trainee pay fair

    Yea I even tried to move to a better terminal in hopes of getting new DM but request was denied.. So everything I have tried to better my time and money here has failed. Why Houston wants to keep me hostage I have no idea but not getting any detention pay really pisses me off now. Plus getting a sexual harassment charge on me from last student who clearly lied on her application and numerous times to Swift was able to get me banned from training.

    makes no sense that she was on my truck for three weeks told Driver services her mom died just to get home to catch her boyfriend screwing around. requested two weeks later to get back on my truck and then four days later she hears some girl is showing up at her house with her boyfriend and walala she jumps off my truck accusing me of sexual H after she requested to get back on my truck and said I was the only mentor she was going to go out with..

    Hmm makes no sense why Swift would punish me because she requested to be back on my truck and if I have not harrassed her in three weeks then why would I do it in three days ? Suxs

    So they believe a proven liar instead of someone who's been with the company for years?

    I was hoping you'd mentor my wife but she is so disgusted with this company, she won't even talk about it anymore.

    Unfortunately that's the nature of the beast now ... I was in upper management in a completely different industry ... SOP in harrassement cases is to take the woman's side. The company has two choices believe the man or believe the woman. The damage from being wrong if they believe the woman is a lot less than believing the man and being wrong ... therefore the default from the corporate lawyers is to always believe the woman.

    training pay is fair regardless of the amount if you know what it is before you go out to train and they pay it. Just finished Roehl phase 2, pay was $90 day as long as you got six hours in on duty/or on duty driving, and trainer made sure that happened. Was it enough for what I did? probably not, did i receive excellent training services from Roehl? YES...and i did not have to pay for that, Roehl did. I have no complaints, now I'm on mileage pay, etc... and still learning. If I do things right, learn correctly and safely, my paychecks will increase.
