Is Using Melatonin for Sleep Really Safe?

You take both 2-3 hours before bed?

 

Is there different strengths of Melatonin? I definitely need to get something for the odd time I can’t sleep.

 

Yes, I take a 3mg disolvable. Chinatown said he takes 10mg.

 

Zma and melatonin at night, multi vitamin in morning. Eating healthy and workout is what i did when i was OTR. Started that after gaining 75lb. Lost 20lb before i quit driving then lost other 55lb and pack on muscle

 

Watch that brand. Some of it is made in China.

I just looked it up and that's what I found out.

 

If you want to check out something interesting look up API's. Active pharmaceutical ingredients, China sells the United States about 95% of it's API's for pharmaceutical production.

 

Check the bottles. I bought C,D and Zinc at one point and didn’t check till weeks later. All said Made in China.

Last week my girlfriend needed something and I was helping her look. The same supplement in different doses was made here or there. That didn’t make any sense to me.

 

Probably why cancer is so high. Not that I think they would purposely make people sick…….
