Buddy of mine does this exact same job for another company... just like with everything else out there right now, its hard to find people willing to do their jobs. His description is the exact same, but he tells me there are several stops where the customer's employees either really drag ### or flat out refuse to do their jobs and he's stuck unloading the truck (yes, he reports it, gets paid, and the customer is charged for it). He runs dedicated from Dallas to route delivery in FL, then DH to GA for a back haul.
