Western Express has horrible directions with their loads. Their will be deductions on deductions. If you paid attention in history class, do you remember the story about coal miners that worked for the company? Everything that was done was to benefit profits for the company. Western Express still has endentured servitude.

They’re a starter company and if you manage your expectations until you can be a trainer with them it’s not bad running for Felipe out of the yard they have in California.

They gave me a new tractor. As a trainer I was making over $1200 a week . Yes I didn’t go home for 5 months at one time. Yes it can suck. It’s a ####ing starter company.

The whole thing is for the experience, and that experience served me very well since I went to work for @Dave_in_AZ and Landstar.

Don’t listen to all the yahoos who’ve never driven for them or any mega. Not to heckle those guys...honestly they’re where most want to get, but unless you were born with a hood in your driveway you’ve got to start at the bottom.

With your record WE will most likely make you do 200 hours with a trainer. So what? Do it.

@Davegg If you have questions PM me.

It's a start, not the end. If you're having trouble starting, and someone offers you a start while seemingly everyone else wont't, you take that start and make it work.
