Isaac Log Error.

    So I logged out yesterday, I know for a fact I did because it took about 2 minutes to log out so I wanted to make sure it logged me out.

    Today I hop into another one of our trucks to bring it to the dealer, log in to go into PC mode, and it says I Have 3 violations and says i've been in driving mode for the 21 hours I've been off for. I went off duty and put in PC mode, moved the truck a few exits away and went back to my truck, logged in, and it says i've been Off Duty for the 21 hours. No violations on my logs.

    Anyone ever had this happen before? Guess I should open a ticket with Isaac.

    Poor communication through the cellular network is all I can cite as a possible reason.
    I'm not familiar with that provider.

    Motive, formerly Keep Trucking, has other glitches. I dislike glitches.

    This has to be the worst ELD I've ever encountered. It just screwed up my 34 hr reset, by claiming I was driving for 36 hrs straight. Customer support in Canada claims i.must have been driving. And cannot fix it unless the tablet is running. So now, instead of sleeping.for my.next load, im.sitting waiting 4 hrs in a running truck. (The tablet will shut off after a minute or so, because the energy draw is so large, it will drain the batteries. It screws up driving in PC all the time, and to top.it off, it emits almost as much EMF radiation as a running microwave. Truck got paid off yesterday, as soon as the title gets here in the mail, I'm switching to broker from owner operator, so I can get my own ELD.and get this abomination out of my truck.
