I don't know where anybody got their info at about ICS Logistics. I've been here at ICS for going on 5 years now and I'm in the top five drivers of seniority and its not a bad company to work for. Almost got my truck paid off finally, but if you decide to come here to start your career and to purchase a truck. There's a few things that you need to know. They take 30% of everything including your fuel surcharge, layover, detention, etc. Our safety rating is always taking a hit because of the outlaw drivers that come over to this company because they can't run outlaw at their last company. The drivers here get caught over axle, over gross because they're too lazy to spend $10 to scale their trailer before starting their run and then wonder why they get pulled over at the scale and fined. They do stupid stuff and get caught. Then everybody suffers! I'm tired of having to put up with the drivers here that won't run somewhat legal. We have paper logs, no e-logs to contend with just yet. They're finally replacing a lot of the worn out trailers that we've had to pull over the past 5 years. I run basically where I want to. I run the northeast because that's where the money is at and I don't have to fight for outbound loads or backhauls back to Iowa with all those southern drivers that we have. I run northwest because I will chain up my truck if needed and the southeast and southwest when I want to run down there. Its a decent company to be with because you can choose your loads when dispatch gives you a choice to pick one. I don't know who or where someone thinks that they're going to clear over $2000.00 a week driving over here while trying to pay for a truck. That just don't happen! You can make up to $1500 a week clear if you string together a bunch of good paying loads out and back to Iowa. If you watch your fuel usage, and if you don't have any problems enroute that you might have to pay for out of your pocket. Someone wanted the truth. There it is. Its a decent company to work for, but if you come over here. You better be ready to work and drive and run legal as possible. Because we don't need any more mediocre drivers that will pull us back down with our safety rating. That's just my opinion. After 60 days if you're still here and want to put your company's name of your truck. Chris will allow you to do that as long as its not gaudy. If anybody wants to contact me about coming over here to work. Just contact myself or Charity and tell them Bill told you about them. En Temps Trucking out of Missouri. And the dead head gets alittle long at times. The typical dead head is at least 161 miles or farther from Pleasant Hill to Austin, Mn., East Dubuque, Ill., or Crete, NE. to pick up your load from Hormel, and or Farmland. The shortest dead head that you will see is 39 to 55 miles when running shuttles from Altoona to Osceola or from Altoona to Nevada and back. And even father dead heads are encountered when trying to get loaded for back hauls. So I do not know where that other driver got his information about ICS.

This here is a bad disease that most drivers in our industry has its counting another man's money. Most of what this senior driver said is correct which I mentioned before however the money is there for you to make when they give it to you and you have the hours to run it. I get my information from my own experience here. This is the reason why most people here keep to themselves and you never never never talk about your money because if your doing good someone will try to stop your cash flow. Myself and others have grossed over $2000 running legal. This is why I said your check can be from $2200-$900 when your running. Things had slowed down for awhile but are now picking back up. No as for you MR SENIOR DRIVER if you wanna express your opinion that's fine but don't ever get on another man's post and disrespect my work my like I'm telling untruths. My truck number is 1035 with the Mizzou stickers.

I am not trying to disrespect your driving ability, or call you a liar. But for one thing there are not several trucks with apu's there are two now. There are several drivers that run illegal and you know that. You may not be one of the them but you know it happens. Not trying to take your loads and your money at all. And I do know who you are, and I appreciate the fact that you run legal. Glad you are recruiting good honest drivers cuz we need them. Word thru the grapevine from other drivers there is talk of going to electronic logs this year. Have a great week and be safe out there. You look nothing like your picture. I like your green truck. I like my first CAV sticker better. I meant no disrespect to you at all, sorry if you took it that way

Extra expenses taken out of settlements for a month and a half. Than basic amount for truck and payments will be the same every settlement.
