Ishift L mode

I have a 2014 volvo 670 ishift transmission, I have an issue it drives fine but sometimes I go to switch gear and it’s goes in Neutral and L and won’t move or switch gear. I’ll have to turn the truck off on to work, anyone had this issue before and how did they resolve it
