Ishift Problems

    I have uploaded a pic of codes. Mechanic says there are many possibilites and he has to take his time to thoroughly inspect this.

    Mid 130 PSID 25 Fmi 0 , Mid 130 PSID 25 FMI 2 are inactive but can you tell me what is the count number ?
    Is the transmission is grinding when going 6 Th to 7th ?

    hi.i really need some help with my ishift , my volvo FH13 will not start , i have to start it direct at the starter , then it starts but no gears will move so the truck cannot move at all , i have opened the ishift and nothing is broken any ideas where i go from here on .

    i need a little bit more than this to go on if you opened i shift you need to program it, second thing is i need to know if it does recognize neutral or no if it does need to check or jump relay maybe this is the problem so just need a bit more info. and we can go from there.

    Morning ,
    i have not programmed the i shift and before i took the i shift apart it would not recognize neutral .Plan is to put back up the i shift again and start all over again .
    i have four volvo fh13 and i have so many problems with all plus i am in the caribbean where no one really know about these trucks at all .So we are trying to learn and fix it
    i have downloaded the wiring diagram for the trucks and service manual to help us .

    ok the first thing is first the neutral secure usually is build into the controller either dash or seat, so this would be my first try, second need to check the top cover were all forks are mounted if you are having a problem over there most of the time the harness and and sensors are messed up. you can get the harness but you need to program the top cover for this you need ptt. or you need to have access to ptt what year is the truck. if you have option to give me a call i can describe alittle bit better to you. you can get away with soldering the joints and probably should have good luck, but first i would check controller and wiring in the cab usually in us is behind the driver seat, i dont know how it is set up in the fh series.

    Mine has 975000 miles on it. No problems what so ever in seven years. Crossing my fingers for it to last another 3 years.

    Hi bro i need some help on my ishift i've attached some pic on whats going on truck loose power on desengage the gears i have to stop and shut off the truck wait few minute and turn it on it works for about 45 miles then same problem again .

    PID 161 Input Shaft Rotation Speed.
    The counter shaft speed differs from both the main shaft speed and the vehicle speed received from VECU. You will need Volvo software for verifying what sensors are reading. Don’t you have an ishift warranty still???
