    Just what we need. New laws. I heard something awhile back about changing lanes in an intersection being illegal too.

    Shift before or after, so if you can get to 3rd before entering intersection do it, there is a section on testers form for both hands on wheel while going through a intersection.

    What you did was legal. You should report that examiner to their superiors if that was the reason you failed.

    I knew that sort of thing happened every day in the real world. I've just been told for the past month it would be an automatic fail. The school I went to is having a lot of issues with that DMV and the examiners.
