Yea, I did.
My problem was my tractor protection valve. I replaced that air pressure switch behind the dash, and had no luck.
I traced that black 1/4in line back from the switch and it was being fed from the tractor protection valve at the rear of the tractor (the trailer lines connect to the valve) and it fixed it.
I paid 178.00 for the valve and another 40 or so for new fittings cause re-using quick connectors suuucks.

I forgot to mention I also replaced the foot valve, but honestly, I don't think that was necessary, although it did change how my pedal feels, so it was probably due shortly.

Im having the same issue. When i look at the top of the brake pedal assembly that goes through the firewall it looks sloppy like something mechanical has worn out. Volvo sold me a pressure switch that claims it goes in line of the firewall assm.
Did you ever figure it out? -
