Issues with broker

Broker knows he is in the wrong, and that you are too nice to call him on it. He's playing to your inexperience and lack of knowledge about the field.

Any worthless piece of slime who needs to resort to threats is not worth your time. Get a hold of a decent attorney in your home area, build a case, and take this slime to the cleaners!

If it was me. I'd look up where the broker is from. Look in that state registry commission and find out who is the registry againt is. Go to my local court and file a warrant in debt for the registration to that againt address.
