I recomend you get that thing up on jack stands asap and run it in reverse to get miles back down to a good trade in value first. Lol.

Actually have a pretty unbelievable deal set up if I want.
Wrench tells me the engine has like 0 blow by. They dyno'd it at Cummins not long ago, was all good. -
my isx 870 had 1,167,000 on it when I had a inframe done in 2015 it now has 555,675 on it. change oil an filters every 10,000 over head done every 100,000

Dontcha know you should go 50,000 on oil. Then you can do cams at 300k, head gasket at 400k and a complete rebuild at 550k
