isx15 compressor bleed back 2013 prostar

    slight air coming out of comp intake is there a check valve in the comp head or in the drier or both truck sits 30 min air gone . the comp out put is good when running.

    The discharge plumbing from the compressor to the dryer and the air compressor head itself is not designed to hold air pressure.

    You have leaks after the dryer.

    i still cant see how air is coming out of the comp intake

    If air is coming out of the compressor intake, sounds like you have a bad check valve in the line between the compressor and the dryer. Allowing air to leak back into the compressor. Should be able to remove the discharge line on the compressor with engine off and have no air coming out, if air is coming out of the line it’s a pretty good clue….
