Legally you couldn’t come into California anyways. You said your “Emissions’s Free”. That being said..... I would agree with @swaan.

Who "tuned" your engine? I normally don't say this, but if you want to go non-vgt might as well start looking @ repowering to yellow. Not many out there that get tuning right on ISX15 and installing a non-VGT turbo usually shows lack of proper tuning knowledge.

By the looks of his vids he is already non vgt. Looks like a Borg warner on there
spsauerland Thanks this. -
wore out, swaan and Diesel Dave Thank this.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but your engine is now toast. I remember your thread from March when you had the fuel leaking from the exh manifold. With the EGR cooler deleated you lost a good amount of coolant flow to the rear of the block and with a failed injector you have cooked the #6 piston. The oil on you exh is from a failed head gasket and all the blowby is from ether a hole in the piston or a scored liner and the lack of compression in that hole is causing the smoke. I would recommend getting it inframed and reinstalling the EGR cooler and a VGT turbo then get it tuned by someone from Rawze's site. The hacked up programming and non vgt turbo package just cost you an engine.
bzinger, Cat sdp, stwik and 1 other person Thank this. -
I'd recommend getting a proper diagnosis. Cummins might be expensive but they'll do it right, plus they'll diagnose it quickly.
Nevermind, I forgot about the delete. -
Wouldn't diesel doc know any better???? Could he go back to diesel doc since they're the one that pretty much blew up his engine?
-
I had few of my friends from diesel doc do the work they never had any issue. They have told me these do proper tuning not just shut down the egr they go by the cpl files. My truck always ran really good after the tune. Oil temps always were nice n low. But recently they started going up. Also egts were always 550ish when just cruising at 70mph. Big climbs i seen it go to 950 max. Maybe it was just time. Drivers told me cummins im look to get over 500k miles before over hauling. Fuel problem were because i had a worn out cam shaft. I was going to get pdis cam but this #### happened.

After a over haul does anyone know who can do a nice dyno tune? Theres no way i can have it over hauled and then buy egr and vgt turbo. Im broke af. And only way i can get this fixed is im going to hqve to drive for someone for few months. So id like to keep it deleted but i can get it tuned from someone that is well know.
