    Not so much deadlines.
    Making up for unpaid waiting and low rates to driver from the contractor.
    Also good chunk are new drivers advertising at cdl schools.

    Low pay & lightweight double/triple trailers kill.

    its about time truckers started getting smart and demanded hourly pay! That is the only way to get drivers to slow down and drive legally ALL the time.

    Company drivers should not take a pay cut if there is traffic jams or rain/slow.
    Office workers dont get a pay freeze when computers or printer not working..
    At least some carriers now pay a minimum weekly salary which is a step in right direction.
    Oakley Transport is paying $300 per day which is pretty cool. Likely reduced accidents and roll overs.
