They mess up my DAC Report, and discharge me from the company. I has three preventable accidents, but they were small accidents. I never damage truck or hurt anybody, however i used DAC Fix.com for my Dac Report.
It's been very quiet in the KLLM forum

I'm glad I bailed when I did. They were really pushing that Lease Program. That usually means they will end up screwing the company drivers to force them on the lease. I saw that happening out there with other companies. I kinda saw it comming and I had a chance to drive local. Glad I made my move when I did.

Got in for home time yesterday. Bout 24 hrs before I did, I got a qualcom to get all my stuff off the truck when I got to Jackson 'cause they were gonna' trade it or something along those lines.
So, I'm outta' the Cascadia with 257k miles that I drove for the past 10 mths and am now in a Columbia (didn't take the time to get the year model) with almost 600k miles.
Weeeeeee...movin' on up !?! -
Wow. Obviously they are desperate to shed some expense. not a good sign. -
I doubt they are shedding expense. What they are doing is getting the Cascadia ready for someone on the Lease program or moving it to the dedicated runs they are doing with the tankers and chicken trucks. At least that's my guess. Company drivers who don't jump on the share-croppers program will probably get the rags of the fleet. Just another way of pressuring you to go on the lease.
That really has to hurt. I know I didn't want to get out of my trainers Cascadia and get into a Columbia. The Cascadia had more leg room and room between the wheel and the seat. I drive a Day Cab Columbia now, and it's actually more comfortable roomwise for the driver, than my condo sleeper Columbia I had at KLLM. To boot, I'm driving one of the oldest in the fleet and it has less than 300,000 on it. -
I see. That makes sense. So, trying to push everyone into a lease. Are the KLLM lease ops even making any money these days?

Where's that girl that used to post on here, she was a lease driver ???
Roadtoad69 was her handle here, she hasn't posted in 5-6 weeks............ -
Yeah, I've kinda been wondering what happened to her. She wasn't too happy with the dispatching last I read. Sux, because she runs hard and was happy to go lease. If SHE is getting screwed out of miles, I'm guessing the majority of the L/O's are too. Wonder if she's still in a KLLM truck.thelastamericanhippy Thanks this. -
Last I had heard, The Toad was still on the old Lease Program with her truck. She came on the lease before they began dropping the money and such. Her contract was still being honored. However, if she got a new truck or the lease was paid off, that will change, at least from what I was told. My old trainer seemed to be doing "OK" now that he quit training in the lease truck, and was doing it without students. Hope everything is OK with RoadToad.
