No offense intended but by the sounds of the OP's post he or she sounds as if they have it all figured out. Especially with the boasting of how he or she can out back all of us an promising that fact. Didn't much sound as if the OP was asking for advice. So my unwanted advice is Go Big or Go home. 81K for a truck that needs a lot of work??? You are not crazy, you are half stupid.

I bought a POS FLD blindly in 2021. Paid almost nothing for the truck. Between engine rebuild and everything I replaced I got 60K in the truck. I owe nothing. It wasn’t easy and I had the fortune of great freight rates to help me along.

If ya can believe the hype, I don't believe according to the OP that he or she is broke. Don't forget he or she brought up that they are well invested in something to do with the market and is leaning toward having or wanting a wealthy future in the real estate business. Sounds like they have a 100% lock on their financial future. Hope my sarcasm is obvious ! Lol lol
