You are correct. He got a level 1 inspection.

I said he drove for Prime. I didn't say if he was an OO or not. I don't know if he was or was not, but I've had Prime trucks blow my doors off. Because some are OO.

And I can't speak for the rest of the motoring public but every rock my truck has taken in the windshield came from the vehicle in front of me going slower than I was. Considering a windshield for the new Cascadia is hundreds of dollars, I'd appreciate not getting any extra rocks thrown into it. As it is, I have 3 cracks in mine right now, all from the last month or two.

Since I called the guy stupid, I must admit I did the same thing early in my career, Short trip middle of the night, in a hurry, got a ticket. It was stupid. Lol

I am glad my windshields are cheap, I buy 6 to 10 at a time when they are on sale.
The only ding I have in mine right came about while I was sitting dead stopped waiting for a pilot car in a construction zone, an oncoming 4 wheeler probably running less than 39 mph flipped up a rock and got my windshield, I couldn't belive it. lol
Most of mine is from oncoming traffic, and it is way more common fo it to be 4 wjeelers that do not slow down when we meet, 99% of the trucks slow if we have a chance.

CHP *THOUGHT* they had me this year. Man spent 20 minutes under my truck and couldn't find a #### thing. Don't think I've ever seen a cop so frustrated that the law had been obeyed in my life

I will sayone thing for cali dot, they are quicker than anywhere else I have ever been inspected, and they don't mind putting stickers on.
The last time the officer spent more time after he was done, asking me about Alaska, than he did inspecting truck and trailer. lol
