    Just a little over 3 years. I know it's not very long. And I know there's an age and upbringing that has a lot to do with it. It's all based on safety. Like someone said, if you can wear shorts and tennis shoes because you drop and hook a lot, that's great.

    But I don't remember ever seeing signs before that had shoes listed as apart of PPE.

    I agree.. I've been a cow hauler for 35+ years .. I've always dressed as to what feels comfortable when I'am in the seat.. don't ever remember wearing boots when I was in the seat.. they stay in the boot box till its time to load or unload my wagon..
