Heard this was typical of JB and other outfits in the in the 90's, driver shortage and all. Bring you over saying had qualified, then after arriving safety would weigh out the dac issues, pro vs con. Many would qualify and others such as your self be sent home,though a load issue wasn't really one of them. On a scale from one to ten, Criminal, driving record, then carrier issues.(falsification on app was not an automatic reject either). If they call you today, it would not mean your current background cleared specs yet. But am guessing that unless this occurrence happened latest within last 7yrs,
you'd have a fair shot at re employment. Why not find out?Tell a person a lot generally anyways. And of course recommend don't add any details about previous if decide to do this

 

So let me get this straight.... You post a bad JB tread because C.R. Englandruined your DAC?

With logic like that it's no wonder why they didn't hire you. I also don't believe your story. Do you have any accidents or DUI convictions? One company cannot ruin you to the point of not finding work unless, A: you are lying or B: you are turning down legit work.

If it was england this has nothing to do with JB, You could have appealed that on the DAC, JB is alot stronger than most people are saying. I understand why you are upset about being sent home, But if your DAC is clear and you need a job this would be Ideal,. But if you choose not to its your choice. Just dont ever talk to someone who has never worked for any company or worked there for a short time and take their advice. Its always good to talk to the drivers that have been with a company for over a year and most of them will tell you the truth.
