    Am I wrong in thinking that firing a driver while he's out on the road is an absolute last resort? That it's only done when there aren't any other good choices?
    It kinda seems that they don't want that driver back in that truck in any way shape or form. They'd rather pay whatever it takes to recover the truck than to take a chance on further damage. There must be a compelling reason not to let the driver at least bob-tail back to the nearest yard.
    It seems like in almost all of these "they fired me on the road" stories there's a lot of the story that doesn't get told.

    Don't know yet and don't assume and jump the gun and be another punk ### mouthy know it all that thinks you know it all and thrives on putting people down and thinks it is funny. Can happen to you. #### happens. What they did was out of line and unprofessional. You don't #### people over like that. You have no ideal. But we learned a lesson and this is not over. #### like this is why we pay for insurance. Illegal for them to take our pay considering the lies they told to get us here and our rainy day money to pay for things they asked for. They have what they need at their shop that is why they refused outside help. Going to call IRS on them and DOT ,and labor board, etc. Thank God for the police officer and his willingness for his statement about this area. Not ok. We are honest people and they are not. You are a jerk. Judgemental #######. Hope you do not encounter anything like this. Just not moral and their ethics is clearly none. Just greedy. DOT. Labor Board and others are on it. This is their practice so it seems. Will pursue and warn others. If you don't like it bounce jerk. People like you is what makes the world poisoned. Take a look at yourself and get some mental help. Period.

    Never got any. Working on that. They have their own shop and parts and equipment. Trying to get it.

    They got in trouble from DOT so I am thinking that is why they did not let it get fixed and had us bring it all the way back to avoid reporting it. And the repairs needed that should have been done before we left that they knew about the day the dirty truck was issued. We will see. Will call the insurance company and IRS to make sure they are not making false tax right offs as well since illegally keeping our pay and no paperwork on estimates. Oh yeah. They have their own shop AND parts! Hmmmmm I see fraud all different ways. Good thing I took lots of picks! Before and after. Stupid I never checked out reviews on them. My bad. Never again

    Let's see, on a road you shouldn't have been on. Blame it on GPS. I don't know how we ever survived before GPS. Hit a pothole(?)hard enough to bend the rim. Maybe slow down some. I think there is a little more to the story.
