Nope took it slow. And not sure why they told him to take it off except probably because they have their own shop and parts and that is why they had us take it back. But thank you for your assumption . And they also should have let us know if the axle was damaged. We don't know. Never got informed. Oh but wait. That was yesterday and they put $150 in our bank this morning. Still gonna get documentation which we are owed. Got the Labor Board on this. DOT and the state representative. Not ok to be treated like this. Time to get dirty. Also their broken windshield and heater. And dirty truck. And paying for gas that never got reimbursed. Just a few things. Always keep your receipts.

Understand the labor board but what does the DOT have to do with it?

 

this is definitely a lease deal, since you say you pay for insurance.

and if there is one, just ONE sign, that is posted that no trucks are allowed, you lost your cause.
you can have all the agencies you want, "looking into this", but the facts most likely will still favor the company

good luck with that. they most likely followed what was in the lease deal paperwork.

they have the right to have thier equipment taken to a place they deal with, whether it's a vendor, or thier own shop, did you read the contract?

i don't think that you are going to get the outcome you want.

but then too, i also think that you will not be here telling us later, that outcome.

 

Glad to hear you are indoors with food, this site is like an AA meeting...take what you can use and leave the rest.

The unfincansy of the truck. The broken windshield in this cold ### weather and it never drove right. It veered off. They r closed on the weekends but kept sending us out knowing it had problems. They have had so many right ups that they are trying to fix things themselves and not reporting accidents and things. Pretty sad. Just blaming drivers and anyone they can. Unfortunately they will eventually have to answer for it. Even the IRS. Illegally deducting pay and no signed paperwork from the driver. Probably lieing to the insurance company and double dipping to the IRS for their tax right offs and not saying they are illegally keeping their pay as they also use the drivers pay as a tax right off. Oh ty. Just reminded me to get ahold of the IRS today. Not paying us then it should not count towards us. Period.

So you wrote the problems up on your DVIR but continued to drive it? What accidents didn't they report and whom are they to report to? Double dipping to the IRS? You have proof of that? If you leased then the labor board doesn't have anything to do with it.
