Having to run US Rt 30 all the time was annoying . Well, not so bad in Ohio, but horrible in Indiana . You were not allowed on the OH/IN toll roads .
Then came the driver facing cameras and 63 mph trucks,(I left just before they installed a camera in my truck)
I too left because of subpar pay and I stayed out for 2-3 months to get the miles .
The people there were very nice to me though, I was never bothered or disrespected once .

Respectfully asking, what were you receiving for pay? How much of it was per diem? Is per diem mandatory?
God bless every American and their families! God bless the U.S.A.!

This was 3 years ago , but I was at 37 cpm with 9 cpm being per diem. ~ 2300 average miles per week after the full year. My W2 was just over $40k and I stayed out 50 weeks of that full year .
Per diem was forced at the time . I didn't know that companies forced that so I didn't even bother asking the recruiter before traveling 1500 miles to orientation (my own fault there)MidwestResident Thanks this. -

I am thinking of team driving( I already have a partner) for Schugel, they said split .50 CPM (.25 Per) and that I would average 5,000 a week. Is this accurate?
