Nicely put education is the biggest part especially when a employee decides they want to have a union wage but when something goes wrong they blame the union instead of filing a grievance or reliazing they don't have to be mis treated by management . with out the a union a member fighting for his or her right standing up to company's saying no you will not mistreat us and yes you will respect our contract . where would any of us be . you always hear people blame the unions but maybe you need to look at yourself and ask did you stand and fight or did you just put your head down and say I'll go find another job . if you have weekends off and holidays and have a decent wage with benefits you should take time out and think a union member for fighting for you . dig in your wallet and if you don't have a union card this little info is for you .you wouldn't have crap withoutfinbyrd Thanks this.

Exactly. The old saying goes "those who don learn from history are doomed to repeat it." Look at what our country was like before unions. People who blame unions for the current state of our economy need to realize that the blame actually lays with corporations who take their jobs overseas and the government who has over the years allowed the corporations free reign and helped them with international trade deals which allows foreign workers to undercut American workers.
