I was messing with my old w9 earlier and noticed it has 425a jake brakes on it. Did some research and what I found was that series/model was designed for big cam Cummins and my w9 has 7fb 3406b in it. My question is how is it working or how did the previous owner make it fit. By the way it hits very hard and LOUD lol.

I'd have to say there's something screwy there. IIRC Cummins uses the injector lobe on the camshaft for actuation. CAT doesn't have an injector lobe on the camshaft, its got an injection pump.
