JB Hunt ? Drop and Hook Program For o/o

They stopped calling me. I think it might be ok if you had nothing else going on but it sure isn't going to be very profitable. You would make at or less than current company driver wages as profit in my calculations.

 

I have been doing there power only program for about 2 months. It is not 100 percent D&H more like 50/50. Loads are heavy, forget about detention it is always denied. Your .10 cent a gallon fuel discount is offset by the $10 they charge you to put the fuel advance on your card. Deadhead pay is limited to 150 miles, you will have to eat the diff. to go further for a load, or sit and wait. I do get as many miles as i can handle, but whats the difference if your making nothing per mile. I am going back to working the boards did alot better there.
