Thanks, the recruiter made it sound like you could make more if you ran hard but for that, it'd just be a lateral move for me.
By now maybe you can make more than that. When I was leaving they were making a big fuss over how everyone was getting raises and now I see they are offering $10,000 sign on bonuses so maybe the recruiter was correct ? I’m at a much happier carrier now so glad I left but they really were not a bad company.
I only grossed $900 per week, slip seating M-F out of the railyard outside of Winter Haven, Florida. That was 5 years ago. Not worth it to me.
Regional is a great job, hours and work wise, but the pay is a little low. Exactly how much depends on region. Also, be prepared to be micro managed A LOT
