******Edited by kc0rey********just quit that job, 25%, got 40pm on a couple of loads that he got himself, was leased to big rock trans and sargeants out of me.,those loads like 68% of 100%,my share 25% of the 68%, most weeks only 24 to 26 cpm, tried to hold out, john promised me 28% the 2nd week,never got it,stayed at 25%. I loaded for richmond va. had appt time of 1130 am on friday,got there early,as usual, cked in at 11 am, receicer said park across the st to the rear of this big lot and when gregiorie tk pulls out back into there,,I checked in with garnett dispatch, said they had a load all set for me, called them at 1 pm and told them i was not in the door yet. kept calling them every hr keeping them posted on my cell,they could call me anytime too' i got into door at230 and mty at 4pm, right away,oh might not be able to load you tonite, dispatch kept checking back and forth with me,I told him to take anything as i didn't plan to get 200 to richmond and nothing extra till monday am,he said don't worry, I will get you a load sat before noon and i will stay till noon for you, I checked in at 930 am sat,,cheap loads nothing good enough,i again said,better find me aload, called him after him not calling me at 11 am, same answer,nothing good, called 3 times between 1130 and 12,no answer,left me flat, i made up my own mind,fuel up and come home and quit,no one to talk to,no extra money for layover, two loads before i was told I would get extra for waiting,never got that. i would have waited 60 hrs at least before i even got dispatched monday,I came home and monday brought the truck back to them after i got my stuff out. They won't talk about it,except dispatcher told my wife he wouldn't wait for a load till monday,she told him,hey,that was the only load you had for him the whole week that paid them good enough,,he said him coming home all the way mty costs us alot of money,she told him,hey,my husband waited till wed for a good load for you guys,then he delivers on time,did everything he could for you people,kept you informed on unloading,you wanted to take further advantage of him waiting til monday for nothing,but wait till monday for free so you could make more,if I had sstayed and ate the weekend I would have made 100.00 from wed to mon, i didn't get paid at all,but neither did they.I did my job,dispatcher didn't do his,dispatcher should have took the loss out of his % and paid my salary plus layover,if I owned the company,JOHN GARNETT TRUCKING OR BIG ROCK OUT OF PERU IN<JOHN HAS SOME TRUCKS LEASED TO THEM TOO<ALONG WITH LEASE LOADS FROM SARGEANTS<They are okay but garnett % and 25% is bad bad bad, WOULD YOU HAVE STAYED FOR FREE IF YOU KNEW THEY GAVE UP SOME CHEAPER LOADS INSTEAD OF GETTING YOU A PAYCHECK<THINK?WED TO FRI<THEN WAIT TILL MONDAY AM OR NOON FOR A LOAD<NOT HOME TO MAINE BUT OUT TO MIDWEST AND BACK<MAYBE STUCK FOR ANOTHER @ DAY LAYOVER<WHAT WOULD YOU HAVE DONE??? THANKS<I KNOW MOST ANSWERS>!!!

saved yourself a lot of time and money because you would've wasted alot of it going nowhere and would of been in the hole with your finances.so count it as a blessing

apoligize for what? that jb sucks? or that i have my own opinion? i didn't call nobody a liar and if was taken that way , either there is a guilty conscience or it was taken the wrong way.

 

While you didn't say, "Your a liar", your post that I quoted below insinuates that he is not being truthful. After-all JB sucks but hey, lets put the blame where it belongs.

The difference between him and you? By golly you were honest and up front with JB, and that statement alone implies that rayray was not.
