yes i did i was a bad driver but still smart enough to have never worked for good ole jb

 

I have been thru there orientations twice. Once in 02 and once in 03. I know we lost at least 1/3 rd of our class on the 3rd day when the drug screens came back. Several others got sent home after being caught in the Hotel bar. The rest that got sent home were for dumb stuff like lying about abandoning trucks and other stuff like that. Let me just add I did make good money with JB, but I had to stay out a month at a time to do it. On the bad side of this equation I got hurt while on the job and I am still fighting over the workers comp. I have had 4 hearing at the industeral commition, and have prob. 2 more to go. They are self insured so I not only have to fight with them. I have to fight with AIG also. I have won the first part of the battle, but its taken 2 yrs to do it. In the mean time I found a local job, and Im home every night.

 

Why would they spend so much time and money to deny ME 3 months of workers comp ? Kinda the same deal in my book. I guess I should check my DAC to come to think of it.

 

In his defence if I had a trlr that was 40,000lbs over, I would refuse it to!

 

It can also cost you somthing a lot more than a weeks pay it can cost you you LIFE or someones elses. Which will cost you your freedom, when they put you in jail. The quelcom records that JB keeps will help put you there.
