JB Hunt Lumper

    We had a driver pay cash for a lumper charge on a J.B. Hunt load. Now is there any way for us to get reimbursed as J.B. Hunt clearly states on their rate confirmations that they offer a 24/7 line you can call to get lumper charges paid and that they will not reimburse for lumpers paid out of pocket. The broker claims he is looking into it but that he does not believe we will be reimbursed. Has anyone had this happen before? What can I do in this situation ?
