HAHA that is awesome. Did they try calling the cops to have you removed from the property?

Wasn't on the property, was on the public sidewalk, and yes, they called the Cops, but nothing they could do. It was very gratifying. :yes2557:

:biggrin_25516:Shonda told me that if I didn't do what she said, that I would not work in this industry. She did fire me for log book violations. In the 7 months I worked there I had accumulated 77 points, 55 of them where in feb alone and she decided to spice it up by saying I had an accident. It is true the truck had been in an accident, but, that was before I got it.
This whole thing started when she told me I had to use less idle hours in the winter month's. I tried to explain that that was unreasonable not only very uncomfortable but my electronics would freeze and I can't afford that to happen. Her supervisor told me that I needed to spend more time in the truck stops. After I was fired no one would hire me accept Schneider. They speak the same language

I have also been terminated from JB Hunt. I have driven out the gate while you were standing out there yelling. I don't agree with what you are doing. The only one that really cares about you out there is you. I have been inside while you were out there and they just laugh at you. In fact we all did. You look nuts for handling it that way. You may not agree with the way your situation was handled but local management follows corp policy. If you want to make a stink bug them. I don't think the local guys really care. In fact if you haven't figured it out most places don't really care what a driver thinks. I think JB Hunt looks at drivers as most places do, replaceable. You are and so am I. Just like the hundreds that have been there before. They don't really care enough about you to do anything to your DAC. I think your under the impression we drivers matter at some point. Sorry to burst your bubble but we don't. A different approach is well worth it here. Walking out front with a sign isn't doing anything for your cause, good luck.

I Have read many times on this forum theOP"s remark about a company putting bad info on their DAC,-and cannot now find a job? I,for one,do not understand this, and although I have only worked for small trucking companies,(my choice)and my DAC is not perfect,(who cares)I have NEVER run into any problem....If something is total B.S.,and an outright lie,why not simply have it removed, and or sue? Lastly, any company who does not see DAC for what it is,does ONE REALLY want to work there? My answer is NO.......................

Exactly right. The DAC is managed by a company called Hireright. It is SIMPLE to dispute anything on your DAC report. You can contact hireright to dispute any claims on your DAC and the company has 30 days to respond back with sufficient evidence to prove there claim.

If they can prove there claim was valid you can always add a rebuttal to this claim and that will show up to all prospective employers.

Before spewing venom its best to do the research first, as in stay away from the run of the mill jokers in the first place (JB hunt)

dude you are pathetic....show some #### brotherhood.....what i did took guts and balls unlike what you willing to recognize....i know they dont care about drivers....but the big ol sign in the front says they do....i dont care what you think although expressing your opinion is your right. if you got terminated then you obviously deserved it otherwise you wouldnt be so biased to JBHUNT....obviously you will go running back to them once they come calling you.....they called me back to work but i said hell no....GROW A SPINE MAN!!.....YOU ARE THE EXCEPTION AND NOT THE RULE.....ALOT OF DRIVERS WERE SUPPORTING ME EVEN THOUGH YOU WERE NOT ONE OF THEM.....GOOD LUCK TO YOU

You could have the support of every driver out there, and...what would that get you? Learn how to do your logbook correctly, see if you can get your Hireright report fixed, put on a nice shirt, comb your hair, and go get a job.

Truck drivers are a dime a dozen. Can you blame a company for accepting only the best ones, when they have hundreds of them lining up for work?

Yeah, we're in a recession. Remember what happened in the 80's, when a whole bunch of jobs disappeared at once? The Reagans and the Duponts started urine testing, so instead of losing their jobs to a recession, which would be the government's fault, people lost their jobs because they smoked pot. Now instead of losing your job because of Obamanomics, you lose it because you screwed up your logbook. No way to blame the government for that. You can blame your employer if you want to, but nobody is going to care.
