    I'm always legal :)
    That's why I try my best to get to a receiver 8-10hrs early if possible so I can sleep there or as close as I can so I can hit the ground running

    They release trailers after money clears bank on other end....Not to mention if running behind on kill side or packaging. Always a slow process.
