Hey Doc,
I'm hanging out at the TA in Baldwin tonight......................lol
Got to Walmart this evening, they only accept produce loads in the mornings when the inspector is there so I have to go back in the morning.
I felt like saying can't you just save me 10 hours and refuse it now and I can head to Elkton tonight!....................lolJarhed1964 and The Challenger Thank this. -

One thing I noticed about the new KW......................
I had a 20 oz bottle of water with about 1/4in of water in the bottom of it sitting on the desktop ALL DAY today and it never fell onto the floor!
I even went over RR tracks today and the bottle never went flying! That would never happen in my old Pete!
I had an old Lincoln Town Car and the ride reminds me of that car, it just floats over potholes!Jarhed1964 and The Challenger Thank this. -
First off, very nice truck Harley... looking real good.
Now, i called back and have been accepted to attend orientation starting on the 25th, but before then, i have a few more questions that maybe you guys could answer for me before i call the nice lady back tuesday, i f u guys don't mind too much. (i say the nice lady because every time i get on here i magically forget her name somehow.....)
first, i understand you guys get paid bi-weekly, but what about training pay? is it 300/week or is that bi-weekly also?
Paid orientation is 3 days correct? Exactly how much is the pay?
Exactly how long is the training period? I've seen some say 11,000 miles and others say 15,000. Anyone know exactly how many miles? As far as pay goes the training period doesn't really matter, its just the sharing of the space that gets me.
On that note, is there some sort of packing list for students? or will the list here on TTR suffice?
Again much appreciated guys, keep cool out there and Happy 4th of July.Last edited: Jul 4, 2011

Looking at the JBS rig and trailer you'd swear you were looking at an L.W Miller truck and trailer the resemblance is amazing.

Big Ro,
When Foxfire comes on he is the best one to answer training questions lol.
Harley,
There is a truck at the Peelot next door, his Name is Gary that is my Alabama buddy lol,
They took almost all his load, except 280 bags which came from skyline, he kinda of went off at Wal Mart asked why they keep refusing the taters much less order them lol.
You will prolly get unloaded and reloaded like the did him, they pulled his whole load off then put the 4 skids back in the trailer.
Well if you could see where I am sitting lol Biggest building in this little town is where I deliver on Tuesday, uhh Been here since 1:30 AM CST and Deliver at 10:00 AM Tuesday Pull of another 34 hour reset. kinda need it since I left GreenBay on Wednesday afternoon at 3:00PM Till this AM I have 3200 miles need a reset then run like hell again Next pay should be awesome. Ok I will be back on here later lol THERE aint even a 24 hour gas station in this town and there is only one GAS station. They are having a 4th of July party in the Park tomorrow after the Soccer Game, the Security guard told me it would be ok for me to go lol, he said this whole town is MEXICAN, not Hispanic he is Hispanic as he explained that this is a Mexican town, I thought I may have gone to far south lol. He Said there is "hot" women in this town if you do not mind thick Mexican women, I politely (The guard is like 6'5'' looks like the dude from the movie Machete) thanks I might check it out, parked closed the curtains and I will appear on Tuesday lolBigRo Thanks this.
