JBS Carriers Greeley Colorado

Oh, ya'll will just love that fuel program...... NOT. Nothing like having to fuel 2 or 3 times a day, getting 50 gals here, 50 gals there, fill the tank up here. May be good for the company in that it will save them money, but will screw the drivers out of more time and probably add some OOR to get you to the cheapest place to fuel. Gonna be just like transam and all the other mega carriers before long. My condolences!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Doc,I respect ya man but that person that is dealin with pilgrims has no clue to waht goes on w/pilgrims. They are constantly behind on shippin and as u know that puts the driver behind and then it just gets worse the rest of the week. Pilgrims had 16 hrs to load my bird to go 68 mls and I was late! I can't speak for otr but fuel solutions are not goin to work for regional dedicated,I'm goin to take a shower every day and that means NOT fueling at pilgrims plants and fuelin at trk stop,oh.. Maybe they think I am goin to pay 10$ a day out of my pocket for a shower..LOL.... Anyhooo I've said it b4 but didn't follow through,startin to look around-guess its time to feel EL SERGIO again pullin a tank!

For the record, I just spoke with a recruiter at JBS who didn't exactly say they didn't hire from Florida, however I got the distinct impression that was the case.

WTF! We have alot of Pilgrims plants south of I-20!

To me it sounds like it might be time for us Florida drivers to start looking for another job!

 

Im not even from Florida an im looking for job, I have decided JBS stands for just be sittin,,,,,An now the new fuel optimizing BS,,,NEWSFLASH to managment you can save money on fuel by getting loads an running the truck, ideling the truck dose not make you money....or DRIVERS money !

 

Thay stopped because we have to many from there......the ones that a are already here will be golden

 

All this new talk the past few days sure does make a newbie going to JBS a lil scared :/

 

I agree...

JBS was on my short list to look at, but with some of their biggest supporters and most positive drivers unhappy of late, it's very discouraging.

Not blaming the drivers whatsoever...
this type of discussion is the beauty of TTR, and I certainly appreciate all the honesty being put forth.
