Thanks DOC good info. Just a heads up- I just brought home the biggest check for 2 weeks in truckin EVER! Cleared $2300 and change. So I really can't gripe about anything, except my trk needs the 2 brand new front tires balanced and a 3 axle alingnment.

Yep I thought it was, especially running regional. Of course I have no arse left from gettin in an out of the trk 40X a day! I pulled 4 diff trls day b4 yesterday and 3 loads. I usually bring home $1300 to 1450 married no deductions w/single ins,no state tax. But that's w/ most of the day off on sat and every sunday, this time I worked all weekend on 1 week but had the following off. We had some drvrs quit so its been hard at it lately. We do have some rooks doin yard b ird regional and they look like a monkey having sexual relations with a football!

Thanks Doc for the update. One thing about change, it is always interesting to see the fall out from how people react. Some see the glass half empty and some see the glass half full. Be part of the solution and not part of the problem.

In honesty though I had holiday, detention and drop pay plus a load that I didn't get in b4 cut off from broke transflo. It would still be 1900-2000 without all that. I have brought home 1500 in 1 week b4 but the following week something always happens and I sat for 3-4 days,so yea I have made more for JBS than any other place I have worked because my checks are within 200$ of each other on every check. I have had only 2 slow weeks in august since I started may 3rd. I know it will be slow around the holidays, nobody I know eats chicken in winter-always beef or turkey. Now in january it will,I assume, explode from all the new years resolution dieters eatin chicken breast. I guess my gripe is more maintenance needed on the trls. Pm's on the units, airchutes, and mosty tires. Uh ohh, just got a mssg on qcom that none of our comdata advances were taken out on this paycheck! I retract my best check statement it will the 3rd best 2 week check and 2nd best at JBS. MAAANN!! That means my next check will be a dale jr. check.... Just. suckin!!!!

Due to the qcom mssg I refigured. It would have been $1550ish with a $180 personel advance fo grub. And home 4 nghts and off 1.7 days. Still not to bad,ill just have to put money in savings from this check to cover up the computer in payroll, that evidently, is hangin out w/that monkey and that dallas cowboy football!oohh yes I can see em now walkin together down through tha trk stp parkin lot.....daaayyum!

    123456.
The Speech that was given yesterday from others I have heard from in the office is nothing like the March speech.
I can say this that some of those who were "laid off" or Let go will be returning to JBS Carriers, I can not divulge who or when, and I have talked to them personally as well as those who make the decisions up at the top. It is going to happen and in time people will see.
To those in the office I hope that they will hold on and wait, Everyone in there knows who I am 123456, and No doubt if you were at work on Thursday last week and have been there for a while heard "all" the things that were being said about me going into that office. I recommended some of the changes and bringing back some of those who worked there before, a lot more went down in that office than I am going to put on here as some of it is taking place as we read this or type it. Things that are going to make JBS a better place for everyone, including the office staff. You or anyone in that office can call me anytime ( as many have already lol) truck 13404.

I agree it does sound awfully familiar but when hubby met with Brent a few weeks ago he "felt" like he was geniune and really listened to his concern....complaints.....and suggestions. Since then Hubby has had a couple follow up converstaions with him and is actually hopeful. There is still serious issues with how loads are planned and our DMs answering their messages and handling our issues. These are problems that can be fixed the question is will they be? WE are hopefully
