JBS Carriers

I put in almost 3 yrs for this company. A friend of mine is still there and had to fight like crazy to get christmas off when the terminal mgr in green bay told the drivers back in november that they had to work either xmas or thanksgiving. He worked thanksgiving and every other holiday over the year. Then Greeley., co operations said that only 20% of the drivers could be off for xmas. Do not work for this company. hey go back on their word all of the time. You are just a number. They will give a new driver a $5000 retention bonus but the drivers that stay and help build the company get nothing for their hard work. I found a 200 truck family owned company to drive for and ive never had a better place to work in 23 yrs. If you value your christmas time with your family do not work for jbs carriers.
