Just a quick question. How many people on average attend orientation in Greeley each week?

I'm still here not sure why you assume turnover. I think its more that they are growing. They haven't been around for that long. I do know that friends of mine that went to Stevens now wish they went to JBS

Just completed orientation....J.B.S. is hiring 250 drivers just this summer.......It's NOT turnover, it's NEW HIRES!!!

Just thought I'd throw that out there for anyone reading this.....

They can't keep the drivers they have rolling. What they need with 250 people who are just going to idle the truck. They are giving the lower pay and trainers the miles, and the old guys starve until one of the other 2 refuse a load.

DISGRUNTLED is all I can intelligently say!

I make .46cpm and my current load which I am under in Calvert City, KY is 2973 miles.......

So without getting in to it, I'll let MY LOAD speak for me!!!! Sorry you are DISGRUNTLED, It may be your attitude that is holding you back in this industry.....

12 years, 15 orientations, and 10 trucking jobs later, I have found J.B.S. Carriers which is well above the competition in both Honesty and Respect.....

I'm on a 34 hour reset and I started out Mon 08/15/11.....This load was dispatched on Friday for Saturday 08/20/11 P/U and I'll have it delivered by Thursday the 25th....Think you should spend more time thinking about WHY you aren't getting mileage and making money rather then posting Bravo Sierra on this thread......

Stole that "Bravo Sierra" thing from another driver on here.....LOL!!! :biggrin_25514:
