So when you said "I know one guy" you meant that you just read a random Facebook post. I guess you skipped over the hundreds of positive reviews.

Well actually it seems there's only a few post on fb by customers and most are negative. Take a look at it or are you just assiming because you haven't looked for over a year or never?

I'm looking at their Facebook page now and it's about 50/50 good and bad out of 427 statements so if only about half are positive and multiple ones are mentioning the same thing yet I don't even see lone mountain addressing them as some fake account above earlier mentioned but never came back, makes you want to say hmmmmmmmmmm? Not saying any dealership is perfect but geez for a truck to breakdown as soon as you drive it off the lot and that dealer does nothing, (probably knew it was a lemon or failed to fix), makes me go to another dealer. One can inspect a truck all you want but there are thugs you will never be able to see. A reputable company would at least offer to fix it knowing there are just as many jack leg mechanics out here as crappy truck drivers on the highway. Do the good faith thing and fix it. Long term it builds loyalty and repeat business. Unless you work for them probably lol.

Why lease a truck and deal with .90 cpm when you buy a fairly new truck straight out now and if you know where to look, get paid anywhere from $2.00 to $5.00 per mile and run when and where you want? If you can't afford to buy a truck then keep being a company driver, more money and far less headache!

I don't give a flip what these guys praising the lease purchase deal (the same ones who have doing it for years I might add so that should tell you something right off the bat) you are nothing more than a glorified company driver and at the mercy of the company to are chained to. 20 years or trucking and I've only talked to ONE driver that it worked out well for in that time, just one. When you keep hearing the same thing over and over for years from drivers who lost their shirts with the LP deal then that right there should be enough reason for any sane person to avoid it like the plague!!!

I wish there was a super easy way to have your own truck but that's not the world we live in.

....and that's all I have to say about that.

Lol, well there are a few successful ones under a lease purchase. Even if you buy a truck, you still need to find the right brokers or whomever to get a consistent $2-5 a mile consistently. That's why if you do a lease purchase, make sure it's a option that allows you to take the truck to another company so if things don't work out originally, you can jump on another network and learn as you go to hopefully become independent or doing well as a contractor

Well I read through all the Facebook reviews and essentially what I got was about a 50/50 mix of complaints and positive reviews you guys just have to take with a grain of salt and decipher whether it's true or not... but I will say this much buying a vehicle weather new or used there's going to be issues with the vehicle regardless.. just the nature of any vehicle made.

Probably Heavy Haul with multiple escorts and also you probably could hook up with something like that if you had your own authority but definitely not least to somebody with the exception for Landstar on the super Heavy Haul
