    Little Princess Here,

The post jumps all about, due to answering the quotes. I don't post, simply for a post count....

As for an application, JCT never received an application in 2006, nor 2005, nor 2007, nor 2008. The only application the company received, through any medium FROM me, since I have never applied to any company or O/O associated, or sister company, nor owned by JCT, was the application Electronically signed and dated July, 6, 2009.

Contacting FL's Economic Employment Services, for economic unemployment benefits claims payments, is your son's problem, not mine, or yours, upon that we can agree. Perhaps if FL spent less time on fabricating cases, and more time actually investigating the cases it had, the state would not have fallen under a criminal code of law conduct investigation in 1975. Make sense? No? Neither does your original post directed at me.

As for a company changing it's hiring requirements without notice, the company cannot change those requirements, when it has listed the requirements with employments services, without FIRST contacting those services to REMOVE the original Posted Listing, and having those services report that the Listing being changed, has been removed, this allows for STATES whose employment listings are collected from business's advertising positons for hire. That is a legal thing, not an opinion.

Little Princess leave my buddy Vulcan alone. He's just making a point there about unemployment cuz your first post was about JCT rejecting you and you want them to tell you why you're unemployed. First of all. No company actially gives the actually reason why your unemployed. Its not up to the recruiters that you talked to to tell you anything. I highly doubt that an employment agency would have JCT listed as one of the options cuz they do have certain requirements that our drivers have to meet. Too much work for an emploument agency. Plus you saw the requirements on the JCT website like you mentioned not at some employment agency anyways. Plus if you done ur research about a company you would known that JCT stopped hiring company drivers all the way since 05. If you read what he has said about his son he does have a job. He said just cuz JCT didn't take him he isn't going to the state complaining. With your attitude good luck finding a job!!!!

If you continue to have negative things to say go somewhere else to spew it. This thread is for drivers seeking information. Not to whine about getting REJECTED!!!

Close to where you guys pick up chicken for tyson in sulphur springs. I think we have 1 o/o and one that come in and out. We only have 40 trucks, and 2 customers so when it gets slow we all suffer, and when its busy no one gets to rest. Some of our trucks do go to fla, and some midwest. But we lose miles when we go east.

Sorry man. Its just getting real annoying when someone starts bashing a perfectly good company with misinformation and claims that a company is responsible to give them a job. I know I prolly went too far on that last post but I'll watch it next time :)

uring orientation, it was mentioned that one of the folks let go during orientation had lied on the application and was given a ticket home. Make sure your ducks are all in a row!
