    For those of you that do get a lease at JCT, If you want to work you will like it. For those of you that don't, understand, JCT is not an employer looking for employees. They are looking for businesss people to enter in to an agreement (contract). They do NOT have to enter in to an agreement with anyone if they don't want to. Federal or state labor laws do not apply here. So those certain people, who THINK they have a case against JCT are just plain nutz.
    Any more posts referring to this subject, should just be ignored

    Thanks for the heads up.I am not upset at all.Seriously after my last load (2000 miles in about 3 days) the extra rest was great.However, I am ready to get on down the road. I am bored with this place.

    Gratz. :) Was really hoping to get on with them myself, but alas, it was not meant to be. Hopefully someone else will take pity on me, and once everything starts turning around, I'll take another stab with JCT. Unless I find something better hehe.

    Seems your missing the point we're not EMPLOYEES here at JCT they don't hire company drivers, we enter into a business agreement with JCT as Independent Contractors so many of the laws regarding employees don't matter here.
